This summer I bought a cheaper splash shield from FCP Euro. I was disappointed with build quality and wished I'd bought the more expensive Volvo branded one.
Years back the URO one I bought was way better than the Professional Parts Sweden one I got this summer.

Do you remember the codes? It might point to something that something that controls the tach, gear indicator and wonky shifting. You might get lucky and never see this problem again. I would not be so lucky.

Two of my Volvo's went through an acceleration stutter with heavier acceleration, but would always run smooth out on the highway. New spark plugs fixed them both. Also both cars never threw a check engine light. Just a thought in case you might think its coming from the engine.

I finally replaced my oil pressure switch today in my S60 t5. I broke the switch loose from underneath with a 15/16 wrench. Everything else was done above. Did you end up replacing the oil pressure switch? I just looked under my S60 and saw a leak that seems to be coming from my Oil pressure switch. Just curious on any issues you had replacing it. It looks like a pain to replace.
