Hi did you ever post the video you made? As soon as I finally get my current seats out, I will be reinstalling replacements and I’d like to refer to your video.

So far, I only have experience with getting them out not putting them back in.

Trying to remove the rear seat uppers. I know they are hard to remove, but even after removing the black clips, I’m getting no play on lifting the aluminum brackets up on either side. I’m assuming some kind of galvanic corrosion between the steel post and the aluminum is the culprit here.

I have an 850 with a SC815 head unit. It seems like all of the speakers have some kind of issue, when I isolate (using balance and fade) the rear door speakers they seem blown, the fronts aren’t much better when individually isolated.

Anyone have a good parts list of replacement speakers ...
