Sorry but I meant the trim outside the front door. I guess it protects the side of car getting hit by neighbor's car door. The 850-Volvos have a screw in the door but this is different.

I need to remove the driver's side front door trim. There is some surface rust right below the trim and I would like to see whether there is also rust under this trim. How do you remove it?
