I am wondering if this is still an ongoing issue or have you found a solution? I'm experiencing the same thing with my '04 V70 2.5t. New axles didn't take care of the issue for me either. Recent motor mounts. The control arms and bushings were given the green light by my independent Volvo mechanics....
