Sorry i forgot new egr valve fitted egr pipes cleaned and turbo wastegate solenoid fitted

I have 2 fault codes P0244* and P0401* (both pending) which cannot be reset the car is in limp mode error message engine service required and high emissions The fault codes remain after clearing even if the engine is not started. Using laptop diagnostic which has been tested on another car. Any Idea...
