Heater cooling sys mystery

2004 s60 turbo. Has leaked coolant since I got it 3 years ago and getting worse. I add about a qt per week now. No visible leaks. Had mechanic put dye into system and cannot find any leaks. He suspects system not circulating properly, building pressure, and pushing out over flow (more on this below)...

For your 2006 2.5T it is required that you change the entire thermostat housing when replacing the thermostat. It is only offered as a whole unit from Volvo. You might be able to get it off and apart from the car, but once you do, there is no way to get the thermostat by itself. It is only offered ...
