The tps code p0121 came on today. What could this mean? Did I mess something up? Do I need to take it apart again?

The only other codes I have is a ect sensor and two oxygen sensors with this make the engine service urgent message come up?

Should I take it off and try to re-solder/ get the voltage closer?

I did everything today and completed. Im not getting a tps code anymore, but its still acting up a little bit. I'd say its 75% better than before. I have a couple questions. When measuring voltage. Do you have to keep un installing and 're installing the etm, hooking up battery and un hooking battery? Or is there an easier way to do it?
