It turned out to be the hazard light switch. That seemed weird, but the service guy said that a lot of stuff runs through there. I'm not sure if that was right but it took care of the problem.

The turn signals are fussy. They only want to work when they want to. For the first 10 minutes or so, the turn signals don't work. Then, for whatever reason, they start working. On other days, they just work just fine. I didn't think it would help, but I changed the fuse. I hasn't made any differenc...
