the serpentine belt shredded and wrapped around the alternator in my 1999 volvo v70 AWD ..had to cut it loose...two other pieces where stuck in two different spots-pulled them out replaced the belt now it will crank but not start up...acts like it's flooding itself(strong gas smell). what is the sol...
