99 Volvo used numbers matching etm, idles at 2,000 rpm....then drops to 1,300 and bounces back up to 1,600 l and repeats. Replaced maf nothing changed. Seen on another post "double bug" remotely installed software. How can I find him and does this sound like the resolution to my issue?
