I discovered the fuse keeps blowing. Any ideas what could be causing that and how to track it down?

I installed a new blower and resistor and now the fan speed lights come on, but the fan doesn't work at all. The fuse was blown and I replaced it but it made no difference. Also now when I first turn the fan on the lights jump to all lit, which never happened before. Each light will light up as I tu...

Drain tray? I didn't know it came off. That explains why I thought mine didn't have screws on the back. Thanks for thinking of that.

AC blower resistor removal
I was able to get the blower motor and resistor assembly out of my '99 S80, but I can't figure out how to get the resistor out of the assembly. Does anyone know? There are two screws that hold the resistor in, but the fan blades of the blower don't let you lift it out. Instructions for a 2001 show t...
