Hi all need your help plz

I bought a s60 2002 couple weeks ago.
When going over bumps or going around roundabouts at speed there is a grinding noise coming from the front wheels (passenger side worse)
I've put spacers in to stop it from grinding at full lock and this has worked but still grinding ...
