2005 Volvo s40 So my radiator fan used to shut on and off & now it doesn't come on at all .. I turn the a/c on to see if they kick on but nothing all your hear is like click nose like if it is trying to turn on once & then nothing . Also car doesn't overheat if car is moving , only over heat...
