Re: Advice on inexpensive ignition coils for my S70
I went and sprung for a new complete set of BOSCH coils and plugs. I'm not taking any chances and I don't want to go with junkyard pats going into winter. I need to be able to rely on this car otherwise I have to drive my ST and I can't have that!

My question is; Since I'm on a budget for this car, is it OK to buy the cheaper coils and plugs, or ...

Thanks alot for the help... yep, that was what I was going to do. I took the cover off already and looked at the coils and connections, besides the plastic convolute all dried and cracked, everything looks good.
Could you guys tell me off hand what the order is on the cylinders from left to right ...

Re: Help Diagnosing my S70
Pulled the codes and it looks like I'm just getting the P0303 which I think is a cylinder #3 misfire. Also the Check engine light is on...Then then I really get on the throttle, the car bogs down and the CEL light starts flashing at me! The car definetly doesn't like something thats going on!

Re: Help Diagnosing my S70
Below is a photo of the label on my ETM....I also had a couple other symptoms manifest and fixed one thing...I know it's not the ABS modual, I found a loose connection on the ABS and once connected all those faults went away.
Now I have a check engine light and a slight "stumble" when I take off ...
