Re: LED Headlight Conversion (revisited)

IPD recommend the ABMs are fitted with halogen only - LED and HIDs get too hot apparently. Even with halogens I find the need to clean a white powdery ‘dust’ off the reflector when I notice light output dropping every six months or so. Car was prewired for the bi-fuel so nothing was in place - had to make a wiring harness and source an info switch from the US. There are no wrecks to try and find an activated cluster ...

Re: What did you do to your Volvo today?

I was the first person in over 20 years to get the trip computer activated at the dealership.
They charged 1/2 hr and ‘tester’ fee - total was probably 10% of cars entire value.
But a fabulous thing to fool with when highway driving... 35.6mpg over 300 mile test drive

Your problem may be due to something completely different. I’m honestly not sure what this stuff is, ...

^+1 If it concerns you (it probably should!) the airbag may deploy differently - different angles of colounm etc. Trigger methods may be different too. Sometimes it pays not to roll the dice with safety. It may not be your choice for looks, but it was designed as a complete package. Completely your ...
