I assumed since i put driving back and forth from PA to DC it would be evident that i was talking about the MD/DC auction.

I am not a dealer.

It states in their terms that the vehicle must be registered before leaving the lot.

i must go and pay, then receive the title then go and then have proof ...

i got caught up in the excitement and was looking to buy or at least bid on a wagon listed.
i was about to put in a bid and while reading the fine print it said something about registering the car before it leaves the lot.
I live in PA, how do i go about registering the vehicle without having to ...
