I just read that certain MY 2016 XC90 vehicles can be upgraded to Pilot Assist 2. Anyone know how much this costs?

All, I am a first time Volvo owner - purchased a brand new 2016 XC90 T6 on Monday. There is an unbearable vibration issue, most noticeable between 73mph and 78mph (although seems to be there above 45mph), and also present while braking. Has anyone experienced or heard of this issue with a 2016 XC90?...
