You need the spring tool. Have it recycled/pumped down. Pop the spring adapter over top, push it towards the left, hold tight while pulling right side out. Will be two o-rings in there. Replace those two o-rings, clean the hell out of it. Keep under a vac for ~20 minute or longer. Recharge to taste.

Re: Re: 2000 V70 Door Lock actuator issues

Those thin film thermal breakers are to keep it from overheating, they provide no benefit at cold temperatures. Short of continuing to hit unlock and lock over and over like a politician at an ATM, you shouldn't have any issues.

Wow! What brand filter is that?
Not sure. Just put a Bosch in, we'll see what happens.

That’s a custom oil flow bypass feature. Improves HP by 4.86%
Between that, the AWD prop shaft being off and the exhaust open after the CAT, it's likely true. =)

Achieved an oil change. Oil filter was kaput. Yes, that's a hole right through the paper element. Had the same thing on the opposite side.

If I were to go and take a pic of my windshield washer sprayer, would I then qualify as a volvophile ?
Yeah, I think you could get an upgrade for that =P

Re: Loss of coolant summary, please.

What scot850 said - rent a tester so you can put the system under pressure if the exhaust gas test is a negative. Odds are you have a very slow drip. How long ago did you do a cooling system refresh? Any hose over 10 years old should likely be replaced, if only for the fact it will be going soon at ...

Re: 1998 V70 NA Silver Bullet return , exhaust manifold

I believe you can buy just a replacement mesh flex section and likely get Mike to weld that without too much issue.
