Wow. Very nice work. What's the process?


The process I used was starting with a pneumatic angle die grinder, remove rough casting with 80 grit discs...then to 120 grit. From there its all hand sanding starting with 220 working all the way up to like 400...then polishing compound on a angle and ...

Thank you so much for the input, from what I've been able to determine however, is that the springs themselves are actually touching the inside of the strut tower! I will put it on jackstands again and check what you have mentioned.
