Well, as you can clearly see, the brake pad is hanging way over the edge. If I've read the comments on here correctly it appears that US spec cars only had 2 rotor sizes available for the 2004 cars. The wheels, as far as I know, are stock to the car 17". So it's possible that the rotors are the 320 as listed.

Does that apply to a 2004?

in my quick inspection the pad does not cover the disc correctly. That and it brakes terribly. I actually thought it was the brake booster issue, but he inspected that and found no issues. So when I say its a safety issue that means I don't think I could perform a panic stop.
