Just wanted to chalk another fix up for this problem to the crank pulley being loose. Belt was walking nearly all the way off the cam gears after only 10 seconds or so of idling. Got it figured out, some files were getting missed during the SQL uninstall/ reinstall. Deleted those, installed SQL again, finished everything and now using VIDA on my sisters S40! Thanks.
