Can anyone send me instructions with detail photos on how to remove and replace the instrument panel on this Volvo . I need to replace the bulbs or find the problem of why I don't have any dash lights. Everything checked leading to the instrument panel. Also instructions and detail photos or drawing...

How am I to hold onto the inner tie rod to unscrew it if there is no flat edges at the swivel point? normally there is two flat spots for the specialty tool thats used. Please help Michael
