If it were me I would not drive for fear of damaging an expensive engine, Even a rental car for a week is cheaper insurance then risking the engine damage. If you must drive watch the temp gauge. Don't let it over heat. It hasnt registered red on the thermostat gauge on the dash so not over heating...
