Have unplugged IAC and rhe was rising up to about 2500 rpm. Have also tried a new IAC.
Have change the abs-computer (left driver side) and the became much mire normal, but it still about right above 1000 rpm and goes down when rhe car stops.
On my diagram it gows a wire from soeedometer via fuse ...

That's right. LH 2.4 ECU, idle behave normally when disconnectimg sensor in reat axle.
No solenoid on the turbo side, just amm, wastgate.

And often the idle rise again if the vehichle starts rolling again with transmission (manual) in neutral, both ways (backward/forward).

When I start up (engine is cold) and drive 3-4 km, when the engine is normally hot this problem starts.

No EGR valve, just oil trap, who is replaced with a new one caused bad o-rings.
No "fly by wire". "old style" (steele wire from throttle pedal to butterfly/throttle house.)
