Problem solved. Looks like a simple oversight from both the supplier and myself. Not sure if you aware but fr my particular XC90 (could be others also) turns out that there are 3 different angle sensors to choose from. They are -
- Part # 31264468 (Exc DSTC)
- Part # 31313083 ...

The dreaded Anti Skid Service Required error. Took it to a place to get scanned, came up as an angle sensor issue. Thought plausible as all the engine mounts are shot, no doubt alignment is out, etc.

You may even be able to do it without the scanner, when you install, wheel needs ot be dead straight. @.5 turns left and right 3 times and pretty sure that should calibrate it.

need ot replace your steering wheel angle sensor. Once you replace it, you need to plug it in to tool and re code and set the angles. this will fix the anti skid as well as the awd not working issue
