I was thinking about that, but then I thought of search engine results for other people looking for answers to each specific problem... so I broke them up. I find it annoying to look for an answer to one thing and find that the question was asked about 10 things and my question wasn't answered. Next...

Does this paint indicate body work or was that bracket on when the car was originally painted? Seems strange for it to be oversprayed... seems very un-Volvo.

Me again... Hope y'all don't mind all my questions. There is this part under the hood near the main fuse box that looks to be held together with electrical tape. Thanks... I could not find a socket that fit... and it seems like it has a plastic coating over it. When I try to turn it w/ pliers, the plastic just scrapes. While trying to get my low-side a/c port open, I found this hose that was rotten-thru... Not knowing what it was, I took the part number (3545307) off it and googled it.
