My parts supplier offered a photo with the different valve link styles. It looks like it's hard to mix up the rods of the valves, as it's hard to remove the spring from the first IMS version. However, I will open the transmission and check. I should be able to find the time next week, I will update ...

I took more or less the same approach, reading through the manual for days, marking unclear things, finding out before, then ordering parts and giving it a go. Sadly no luck yet, haha..
