I appreciate the continued discussion on this issue! My hope is to take the things we’ve discussed here to my mechanic and address those in our troubleshooting process. If a solution is ever reached, I plan to update this thread accordingly.

UPDATE: I'm sure this issue hasn't fully been resolved yet, but now that the weather is warming up, I'm not able to produce the issue consistently. It may go dormant again during the summer months like it did last year.
