Volvo OEM. I just pulled a set of iridium platinums that I put in a few months ago and replaced them with a fresh OEM set on my XC70. Instantly saw a improvement in fuel economy - and it feels like there is a performance improvement as well.

That engine mount was recently replaced and looks good.
I think the rebuilt axle is the issue. I put the old one back in and the 20 mph issue is gone.
Will be following up with FCP for a refund.
