Question
I have the same problem on a 2000 Volvo s70 Base
BCM 0070 Power Failure to the PUMP
in the picture i can see the pump motor removed
How do you remove the bracket that covers the screws to the PUMP

Wella cording to all manuals videos and so on
The high pressure valve is the one that controls the cooling fan
to test it, Take the High Pressure valve and short the connector
the fan should come on!
The etc turns the fan also!
