Can I put the double headlights, ie, spots and headlights in one unit.From a w reg 2000 year, into my R reg 98 year v 40 ??? My v 40 has a single headlight unit, with dipped and full beam, in one bulb. Will I need to modify the multi plugs? or can I just change them straight over?? My current lights...

Can I change my 98 year v 40 headlights for the double units from a w reg v 40 or do the wiring multi plugs need adjusting, to make them work correctly. The glass is the same size, as far as I can tell??? Any advice appreciated,
