Replaced the heater core on my 2000 S70 (146,000 mi.). Thanks to Robert's video it took less than two hours (and I work slowly). I bought the core from Volvonest on E-bay. Ohh yeah it will be staying like this, I considered doing a ceramic coating but was not sure that it was going to turn out this well.

yesterday I did plugs, wires, rotor, cap, oil change, replaced all vacuum lines, fuel air and oil filters.
