It was pulled back and I even inserted a screw to keep the tension off the belt. I’m going to try a larger belt that is 70.5 inches instead of the 69.0 that I have. I don’t know what else to do. I appreciate your help and would gladly hear any other suggestions you might have.

Thanks lummert, but I’ve seen the post and have it routed that way. When I route it that way the belt comes about a 1/2 inch short. Any other thoughts?

Bought a serpentine belt for my v90 from Auto Zone, and tried for a good three hours to put it on to no avail (it was too small).
