All I diagnosed that Cylinder 4 has zero compression, so I believe maybe a stuck or burnt valve.

Thanks everyone for sharing their knowledge. Actually the leak was between the thermostat housing. The gasket in between the thermostat housing was leaking and I diagnosed it by renting a pressure test kit from Autozone for free. You may want to undo the injector #4 so it doesn't toast the catalytic converter or even the piston rings
