What is this valve and its function seems to have something to do with the vaccum system

Thank you very helpful, the reason i ask is i took it to get it inspected and the print out said that code p0089 fuel pressure regulator performance and multiple cylinder misfire cylinder 1 and 2. What is the best direction to help solve these issues

Where is the fuel pressure regulator located or is the fuel pressure sensor one in the same?
