The cel came back on today after changing plugs. The usual P0101. I disconnected the MAF harness to see if there was difference and there was none. Does that mean it’s shot.

I have cleaned MAF with CRC MAF cleaner. Twice. I’ve checked repeatedly for intake leaks using starter fluid and by hand. I’ve been chasing a P0101 since I got car. Had a p0088 which I fixed by replacing PEM. Checked voltage on MAF. 14v from one pin, 5v from another and 1v that rises when I hit throttle. Can’t find any leaks in vacuum hoses. I also did a hard reset by disconnecting the battery and tying pos and Neg tog...

I was able to fix all this by putting a used PEM unit in. Cleared everything right up.

SOLVED: PEM unit was bad. Swapped out for a good one and all’s good now.

PEM Unit for my 05 xc90 2.5t only goes up to 2xx,xxx vin number. Why?? It’s part #30742823 and say it only goes to 2006. Some sites claim 2014. Can I use a PEM with part #30769225 which is said to be for 2007 and up? Is there any difference between these?

I took pressure measurements and the rails pressure was 85psi at start up an slowly drops to 66-75 at idle. The valve next to the fuel filter showed 65-70 constant.
