This one took me four attempts to get it right. I remember I did a head job when I worked at a Toyota dealer. (I was their used car tech) I believe it was a v50, but don't quote me on that. Thank you both again! She's running smoothly now. The exhaust cam was one tooth off. It really comes down to reading multiple times of the forums. For whatever reason, All Data does not have clear information on this setup. Now have a code for the leak detection pump. I'll have to call the customer....

Thank you both for the information. Thank you for that video. I have a little bit more understanding now. Although, this engine does not have spring loaded vvt hubs. Update: I have it running now. 2006 XC90 2.5 T no start after head job
We did a head job on this XC90. Now it is not starting. All Data is not clear on position of cam shafts. I saw a video saying the numbers on the rear of the intake camshaft has to be on the bottom. The numbers on the exhaust camshaft have to be on the top. Getting code 340B (intake cam signal) on sc...
