I haven't put my gauge on it yet but I'm fairly certain its a bleed off issue. The longer it sits, the longer I have to crank it over. The fuel trims are near perfect when cruising.

Does the 99 (ME7) have an external fuel pressure regulator? I thought I saw what looked to one under the car very close to the fuel filter but I can't find any reference to it on the internet. I'm trying to diagnose a long crank time condition after the car sits for a while. I'm guessing fuel pump c...
