Re: 2001 S60 T5 Long Crank after sitting

5 seconds will do it if loosing pump up as most do. put your seat belt on during this time and turn the radio down from last nights high volume coming back from the pub. Your starter will last a lot longer. What wont it start on propane? does it automatticly switch from gas to propane? Im guessing t...

You did press the brake pedal before shifting? if so, the brake switch could be stuck. I think it also does the brake lights so see if they work. the cruise control brake switch is next to it.

Re: Sellers not interested in selling...A little venting here...

well it costs 15 cents a mile just for gas 3.00/[email protected], more for my turbo with premium. insurance is 800$/8000miles so is 10 cent a mile. tires 500/30000miles 1.5cents. parts and batteries $800/8000mi is 10 cents a mile. so with zero acquisition cost you are spending 36.5 cents a mile. just throw...

Re: Went to start my 850 after the winter -- lights on on but no starter at all!

You might have to get used to the idea the car is a parts car an...

Re: Sellers not interested in selling...A little venting here...

I got my 850 at an estate sale. Until that time I had no inkling I wanted a front wheel drive Volvo. Low milage but outside its entire life and under a tree undriven for three years. mice had eaten the expensive plastic fuel line. very few show up on clist any more. I don't think I would ever own an...

Re: Rear main seal change/clutch removal -850 Manual

I don't think it would make sense to do that, you would be dropping the rack and front suspension down along with the engine. Then you would still have to lift the trans off the subframe. It makes more sense to go up with the engine trans unit and separate it on the floor, or go up with the engine le...
