Re: Ethanol in Fuel = GOOD for Performance?! FF#29

yes actually I have more than a few folks out there running on strictly E85 fuel with proper tuning and the cars make some significant power. The latest is a 98 S70 T5 with 18T and our Blue tune making 315whp at 19 psi. The owner isn't one much for forums but perhaps I can encourage them to post up ...

The car becomes very jumpy to throttle input and wheel spin is a serious issues with this turned off. Perha...

Re: ECU or Harness? Not ready to give up yet!

I'm surprised they would need the key to clone an ECU...? All the info for immo is in the e-squared chip on the board so there's no need for a key or even vin

If you need help cloning email me and I'm sure I can get you setup more reasonably! Wouldn't be the first P2 ECU I've had to clone :)

Re: Piggybacks & SAFC... it's Fast Friday #27!

Honestly some of my best memories of tuning are from those days and even earlier back when it was the carbureted '72 Chevy Nova I really began my learning on. Agreed, always wise to start small and move up. I'm not sure I've seen washer fluid with high enough methonal content to be used outside of water/meth injection but if you can source it with high enough mix then it should work I would think!

Re: FF#24! Auto -> Manual Transmission Conversions Done Righ

M58 will likely only be found in North America in Canada but M66 can be pulled from any 6 speed manual here stateside. Car-part.com might be your best bet! :)
