No special tool needed rspi, just need to be resourceful...I got my tile cutters, put a piece of duct tape on them to blunt the edge and I tightened the Oetiker clamp. Awaiting results.........

Just the direction I figured you would go. Driving 50 miles with a CEL with NO CODE will cause a lot of trouble? This is exactly why I had you on my blocked/ignore list for about 60 days. For the EVAP, try cleaning the EVAP purge valve with some carb cleaner. It is near the radiator, drivers side.

Not sure which hose or line you are referring to from the vacuum tree on the intake manifold? I usually pull that kind of stuff from the cars in the junk yard when they look newish. You should clean the top of the motor real good. Drive one day then check it again. No need to put the plastic cover ...

One more thing: the PCV is not building up pressure and was serviced not too long ago and yes I just changed the oil filler gasket but I'm getting oil on the valve cover. I got the small nipple I lost from the dealer but they weren't sure what the part number is for the 90 deg hose so they gave me some vacuum hose. I have the same problem. The drivers seat works perfectly, the passenger seat: nothing. No noise for the motors, no mov't at all.

It is the same fuse for both correct?

Can the contacts be that dirty that not one single button works? I'm surprised?

I have the same problem, I just did a comp test: 180-185 psi across the board! Very healthy motor.

I think the problem stems from the rad.

Its usually the coils because they are relatively heavy so they have a lot of momentum and force applied to the joints. If it failed again, I would suck up the old solder, clean with a bit of rubbing alcohol and re-solder

Yes and check the solder points on the relay. Honda's had the same issue as Volvo, the solder points for the coils did not have enough solder and cracked. It is easy to fix yourself; melt more solder.

UPDATE: E-Test was successful. I ran two readiness tests, the first one I'm not sure the temp was right, I followed instructions from one site that said for temp to be below first line which is incorrect, you need to measure the coolant temp directly 29C to 49C. Great pics, I found it, it appears to be okay. I'll do a carb cleaner spray test on it tonight.
I did one Readiness test, apparantly I have to do 2 minimum? Soooo anonying, luckily I did it at 1 am and the roads were somewhat clear. No codes yet.

One of my local parts supplier's can get

$248 - Made by Behr

The other supplier:

$250 - Made by Cryomax

They can also get a Chinese one for $150 but that is obviously out of the question as its a big job.

Anybody have any experience with either of the above companies. I've heard of Behr.

After doing a spark plug change, I reset my ECU and the P0133 code for the front O2 sensor has not appeared but it might be a matter of time. With the car idling, spray a light mist of water on the wires and check for arcs or engine stumbles. Works best in the dark. Also check the wires for resistance.

Ensure all the grounds are clean and tight.

Unfortuantely, Amazon does not ship to Canada but if that is the concensus I will buy the Bosch. I'm just not sure how good the Bosch sensor is considering it failed on my dads 850 as well. I've never had to replace an O2 sensor in my Hondas and they are NTK I believe.
