Re: 1998 s70 Speedometer swap
I know there are tutorials out there that show how to upgrade your existing cluster to have the trip etc... Just haven;t really looked at them. I do know though that the top dash pad definitely has to come off to get the cluster out.

Re: 1998 s70 Speedometer swap
Should be a direct swap as long as they're both 98's. The mileage will stay with the cluster though. So if you swap your mileage will be inaccurate. You have to remove the top dash pad in order to remove the cluster. There are several videos on how to do it.Robert has a really good one.

I appreciate all of the recommendations guys. I've really made my mind up on what I want here. I just need to find it. If anyone actually has one or knows where I can find one I would really appreciate it.

Re: C70 Coupe load rails WTB
I've had several of those on several different cars and hated them all. They never fit right and they look horrible. I know you can say just take it off when you're not using it but most of them are a huge pain to get on and off. This is why I am looking for actual rails. It's just a lot easier to d...

Re: What is this black and white check valve for
If I remember correctly that's actually part of the EVAP system. So I would assume that it could definitely effect mileage. You can buy those little rubber pieces at ipd fairly cheaply. I replaced all of mine when I did the PCV system. There are actually several of them throughout the system.

C70 Coupe load rails WTB
Looking for a set of C70 coupe load rails. I call it the roof rack. I've checked with all of the vendors and even though a few of them list them online, when you actually call they don't have them. Part no. is 9177964. They're NLA from volvo.
Thanks

Re: C70 door handle
Got it fixed. The part where the haldle catches the latch just had to be tweeked a little. Fortunately the latch assembly wont have to come out. The regulator is gonna have to come out soon anyway though. It's been broken ever since I've owned the car. It's gonna be nice to have a passenger window t...

Re: C70 door handle
Took the handle off last night and inspected it. Everything looked fine so I lubed everything I could see inside the door and reassembled it. The handle now goes all the way back in. Now an odd problem is happening though. About half the time I have to pull the handle twice to get the door open. I p...

C70 door handle
Sometimes the passenger side exterior door will not unlatch when I pull the handle. It just started doing this a couple of weeks ago. I may have to pull it three or four times to get it to open. I also noticed that when the handle springs back into place it doesn't go all the way back into place lik...
