No it was not chuffing, just a tiny bit of white smoke. Almost like when you were to light a match or something... not a lot.

Can anyone make sense of this freeze frame data to help me pinpoint the problem?

I took the oil cap off the other day when the engine was warm and notice a little bit of white smoke coming out. Could this be a bad pcv valve causing this and therefore causing it run rich?

Fixed it. It was the light switch module. $30 part and 30 second installation, and done. Thanks everyone.

No I haven't gotten that far yet. But wouldn't I be pulling other codes besides p2188 if there was really a problem with the injectors or fuel pressure? Wouldn't I be getting misfire codes too? I have a couple more small vacuum leaks my shop is fixing today, so hopefully that will do the trick.

p2188 = Too rich at idle. Possibly you have dirty/leaky injector(s) allowing the residual fuel pressure to feed into the cylinder(s) when the engine is shut down.
