After reviewing somme adverse comments on the Mercedes ML line, I look to Volvo.

I have not much money so I can only afford a 2001- or 2002 model, but feel hooked by the line and "for life" fame of the company...

Buy a 2002 to avoid the electronic throttle problems of the 1999-2001 models. If an electronic throttle goes bad, expect to pay $1000 to replace it.
