Rear Door Window Removal

Hoping someone has experience with removing the rear door window from an 850.

Someone backed into my door in a parking lot (and took off). I need to replace the entire door shell. I have the trim off and have removed all the 10mm bolts that hold the power window motor and window assembly in place. But the window glass is still attached to the assembly, as such the assembly won't come out nor will the window.

Any help would be appreciated.
