Suspension making clanking sound

Can anyone tell me:
1. Why everytime when I am making a full turns on both sides, I hear a clang sound?
2. When should I replace the shocks?
3. When I drive on the road, I feel almost every bumps, does that mean the suspension is bad?

Tell us a little more...how many miles on the car? I had a clanging and same feeling of the road. Granted, these cars a bit on the harsh side anway, but.... I changed out just about every part on my suspension. Most suspect though are the strut mounts and swaybar end links. If either of these parts are worn out you'll get the symptoms you describe.
