HELP!! VOLVO HAS BEEN SITTING FOR 3 YEARS

HELLO, I NEED YOUR HELP...
MY IN-LAWS ARE GIVING US THEIR 1993 VOLVO 850 SEDAN. IT HAAS BEEN SITTING IN THEIR DRIVEWAY FOR 3 YEARS.
WE KNOW WE NEED TO DRAIN THE GAS BEFORE CRANKING THE CAR, BUT DO NOT KNOW HOW. IS THERE A PLUG? IF SO, WHERE IS IT LOCATED? ALSO HOW ABOUT THE OIL? DOES IT ALSO NEED TO BE REMOVED?
MY MOTHER IN-LAW SAID SHE QUIT DRIVING THE CAR BECAUSE THE DOOR TO THE GAS TANK STOPPED OPENING. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS?

#1 I think they make gas stabilizer or recharger or whatewver that you may be able to justt add to the tank with some fresh gas instad of draing. Don't know how to drain tank.

#2 is easier. open up the trunk and on the right side after you open the fabric hatch door you''ll see a metal wire ring. Pull that toward the back of the car and the gas door opens manually. (it's the override for when the auto latch/lock on the gas door fails eith due to power or if it gets jammed/stuck.
