Is the JL W012 included in an enclosure with the 150 watt amplifier?
Is this the same complete unit Volvo offers as an accessory?

No, the JL W012 is not in an inclosure nor does it come with an amplifier. These are not the same as Volvo offers. However, it will sound better than what Volvo offers.

Thanks for the info. The reason I was intrigued by the Volvo setup was because it is completely hidden in the floor.

you can do that with any other subwoofer.

Thanks, I thought the Volvo enclosure was probably unique to their V70 Station Wagon only. Can you suggest an enclosure with the specs that will accommodate the JL W012 and still fit under the floor as well?

JL may have a "stealthbox" although I haven't checked this. Any competent car audio shop (not best buy or circuit city) should be able to fab this for you.
