1994 850 turbo wagon
Blower motor stuck on high speed waith no way to shut-off other than removing fuse....Started after hitting large pot hole....Stuck relay maybe?

Problem was the fan resistor shorted.....Volvo couldn't make it any harder to replace this part as it's buried behind the dash and one needs to remove half the car to replace.
