These are the OE ones, from what I've found. Volvo seems to have discontinued them, but I'll make a call on Monday.
I looked at Skandix before I purchased these, but from what I could gather from their site, the tax and shipping was out there.

Keep in touch. I still haven’t sent in thst Skandix order and we just opened our office in Copenhagen to mitigate tariffs, so I might be able to trade high shipping for VAT. once I get to $500, shipping = VAT anyhow, so that makes it easier

^ Thanks ! That might be my only choice. I called the dealer, and the valve has been discontinued. Crazy since it is used in so many whiteblocks.

If possible I'd rather find a couple of used stock one than roll the dice again on an aftermarket brand. So if anyone has a warped head with good valves, I'd be interested in buying a couple. Valves that is. Not heads :)

It’s killing me that I just scrapped a T3 turbo red long block because I couldn’t get the last damn head bolt out

Well thanks to abscate generously parting with some of his stash (Many Thanks!), I now have a couple of replacements.
These came from Skandix, and there is quite a difference between these and what I started with. While they are not as polished as the AE's, the casting/milling is much better, and matches the originals.

Abscate, as to the stuck bolt, isn't that what grinders are for?

The cylinder head bolts are deeply recessed into the head casting. I tried to get a grinding stone in there to get the last bolt head off but ran out of time cleaning out scrap metal from the upstate house.

Off to be turned into a toaster...I died inside knowing Im running three cars that could need that head someday..

Just to keep it interesting.
The Skandix valve has a step in the stem where it goes from 7mm down to 6mm.
The stock valve stem is 7mm straight through.

Now if everything else is equal, how can they weigh the same ? I know we're not talking balanced & blueprinted engines here, but that much difference puzzles this tired old brain.

Head slap. I get it.
You're supposed to replace all 20 valves, not just one or two. :(

I doubt balance in the valve train is that important. They are only rotating on the long axis.

I’m guessing they make only 7mm valves and skim them down to 6mm got the chassis break , but why not leave the 7mm on the whole length? Flow ? Extra 3 HP/
